- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately.

Due to the nature of our products, refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Incorrect product was delivered

- Share clear photos of the product and packaging as proof

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
